First and foremost, I’m a mom to a smart and independent little girl who keeps me on my toes and fills my heart. When we’re not chasing adventures, you’ll find our family unwinding somewhere in nature with our Great Dane, Luna Lovegood, and our Goldendoodle-Catahoula rescue, Chip. Fun fact: my husband and I hiked part of the Appalachian Trail with our daughter on our backs just after her first birthday—an adventure that was equal parts exhilarating and exhausting!

When I’m not behind the lens, I’m usually adding to my ever-growing plant collection, experimenting with mint in my coffee, or hanging out at our home with our chickens. I’m also a writer, corny-joke enthusiast, animal lover, wannabe foodie, and traveling book nerd—all rolled into one 6’2” ball of quirk and enthusiasm.
